Susan is a complete doll and amazing at her job.
Best of all, I'd told her it was my friend's birthday and we walked into a nice cheese plate and bottle of white wine! We'd been stuck in traffic for hours, so it was more than welcome. She recommended a King suite and it was perfect! We got a cot, which was perfectly comfortable. She gave me several options and the upside/downside of each. I wasn't sure which room to get, so I contacted the concierge, Susan Evarts, who could not have been more helpful. My friend was a little upset about the prospect of turning 40, so me and another friend decided to take her away for the night-just us girls.
